Board of Directors
The Board of Directors at DCP operate as an elected group of members dedicated to the service of our theatre. These individuals have demonstrated not only the talent required for the positions they have been appointed to, but additionally, a passion for the advancement and success of DCP Theatre.

President:
Deb Takes
Deb has been a member for 47 years. During that time she had served on the board in various capacities, directed, produced, acted, and served on various committees.

Vice President:
Annalise Settefrati
Annalise is a Philadelphia-based financial services professional, party princess, and freelance all-around theatre person. She previously spent 15 years doing high school theatre and has served on several community theatre committees and boards. Her work is primarily as a costume designer and production manager with occasional onstage forays into performing Shakespeare and the Greeks. Annalise earned her MA in Theatre from Villanova University, where she completed a Solo Performance thesis project. She is also a playwright, with her work being staged at several theatres in the Philadelphia area. Her plays can be found on NPX.

Secretary:
Candi Remphrey
Candi has served on the Board since 2009. She is a stage manager, actor, puppeteer, and former dancer. She was drawn to DCP because of its varied productions--plays, musicals, and children’s theatre, but she has stayed because of the wonderful people she’s met here. Candi has a BFA in Theatre (Puppetry and Creative Dramatics) from West Virginia University.

Treasurer:
Geoff Yaroschak
Geoff joined DCP as a member in 2009 and has been treasurer since 2010. He has directed Nightwatch, Sherlock Holmes, Frankenstein, and most recently Ghosts of Christmas Past. He has enjoyed seeing DCP Theatre grow and continue to showcase the performing arts. He would like to thank all of DCP’s patrons for their ongoing support.

Artistic Director:
Michelle Rieder
Michelle Rieder, Artistic Director with DCP Theatre, joined the DCP family as Elivira in "Blithe Spirit" in 2011 and over the past 10 years has played many parts both on and off stage. She enjoys being a part of any production, big or small, on stage and behind the scenes and this is her second time serving on the DCP board. Michelle began acting as a child at The Barnstormers Theater in Ridley Park, PA . In more recent history, she has performed with improv and sketch comedy groups in the Lehigh Valley; The Flighty Ducks and The Associated Mess acting, writing, directing and producing live shows and a web series. Michelle also does event hosting, stand up comedy, commercials, voice work and independent films. She works at a nursing school and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator -which is, best described as - a director of medical theater.

Technical Director:
Bill Algeo
Bill has been involved in theatre and performing arts for over 30 years and has been a member of the DCP Theatre community since 1997. He has served as an actor, director, stage manager, lighting designer, and this is his second time serving on the DCP Board of Directors. On stage you might have seen Bill in: The Last Romance, 39 Steps; I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change; Twelfth Night, A Midsummer Nights Dream, The Wizard of Oz, Dracula, Proposals, Rainbow Bar & Grill, Accomplice, and Mixed Couples, to name a few. Outside the theater, Bill is now retired from his position as the Director of Drama Kids of Montgomery County but he keeps busy doing voiceover and acting work, and helping his wife Colleen run their AirBnB property called “Stay and Be Home”.

Development Director:
Kalie Desimone
Kalie Desimone has been involved with DCP Theatre for more than 14 years. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors as head of Development and Fundraising for the theatre. Kalie has appeared in dozens of professional and amateur theatrical productions, commercials, films and print ads across the country. She also has years of experience working behind the scenes in production development and execution. Kalie is a proud member of Young Friends of the Pennsylvania Ballet, Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia and the National Press Photographers Association.

Marketing Director:
Rachael Gallagher
Rachael has a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the New School in NYC. With 25 years of nonprofit management under her belt – Young Audiences New York, The Wilma Theatre, People’s Light, The Conservatory and most recently Berks Jazz Fest – she is looking forward to using her skills in support of DCP’s growth. Rachael has a history of - acting, singing, dance and stage management. Many creative years were spent at Montgomery Theatre, where she also created Montgomery’s children’s theatre program. In the little spare time she has, she hopes to learn to play the cello and mandolin.

Patron Services Director:
Jacqui Stinson
Jacqui Stinson has been involved with DCP for 3 years, working as an usher and in the box office. Jacqui got involved in volunteering after her children had grown looking for something to fill her time. She always loved live theater and thought it was a great way to see shows. She found she really loved being involved and looks forward to serving our members and guests in 2022.
