Lost In Yonkers
Michelle Reider
Michelle Rieder, Artistic Director with DCP Theatre, joined the DCP family as Elivira in "Blithe Spirit" in 2011 and over the past 10 years has played many parts both on and off stage. She enjoys being a part of any production, big or small, on stage and behind the scenes and this is her second time serving on the DCP board. Michelle began acting as a child at The Barnstormers Theater in Ridley Park, PA . In more recent history, she has performed with improv and sketch comedy groups in the Lehigh Valley; The Flighty Ducks and The Associated Mess acting, writing, directing and producing live shows and a web series. Michelle also does event hosting, stand up comedy, commercials, voice work and independent films. She works at a nursing school and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator -which is, best described as - a director of medical theater.

Now and Then
Ray Thompson
Ray Thompson, (Director) is a lifetime member of DCP Theatre and has served as Director, Music Director, Designer, Mentor, Actor, Board Member, and even Board President in his 26 years with the organization. Ray has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre from Temple University and has worked in professional, non-professional, and educational theatres from North Carolina to Princeton, NJ. In addition to production credits too numerous to mention, Ray served as the Acting and Music Theatre Teacher at the Actor’s Center in Philadelphia for a decade, and has taught voice, speech, and acting privately.
Ray is absolutely ecstatic to be working again with one of his favorite living playwrights, Sean Greenan, on this year’s production of Now & Then. His last Grennan production was DCP’s Regional Premiere of The Tin Woman in 2016.

Kalie Desimone
Kalie Desimone has been involved with DCP Theatre for more than 14 years. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors as head of Development and Fundraising for the theatre. Kalie has appeared in dozens of professional and amateur theatrical productions, commercials, films and print ads across the country. She also has years of experience working behind the scenes in production development and execution. Kalie is a proud member of Young Friends of the Pennsylvania Ballet, Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia and the National Press Photographers Association. She is thrilled to bring The Sound of Music to DCP Theatre.

John Weber
John is thrilled to be back at DCP after a long absence when he was lost in the jungles of Boyertown renovating his mansion.
John Weber has directed several shows over his 5 decades of theater including Hello Dolly and Boeing Boeing to name a few.
Perhaps you remember him from his performance in Neil Simons, Rumors- he was fantastic!
